I'm Ryan Tolentino. For two and a half years I ran paid media for a US agency, managing $3.6M in ad spend. On my own time I built and run GoHighLevel setups, n8n automations and AI agents. I want to run the delivery behind your client accounts, for one agency, with my full focus.

The requirements

The foundation
you'll need. Checked.

Your five requirements, each matched to work I've already done. Where my experience is narrower than the ask, I say so.

1

Relevant experience

PPC Manager at AGM Agency, a US agency, Jan 2024 – Jun 2026. I owned paid media for several client brands, from strategy to reporting. Before that I was a VA at iNeons and spent four years as a senior customer service specialist at Convergys.

2

Meta media buying

Meta Ads Manager for my own apparel brand: campaign setup, audiences and creative tests. My agency volume was on Amazon Ads, at up to $150K a month. The fundamentals (budgets, testing, ROAS) carry straight over, and I'm ready for your training on agency-scale Meta.

3

Strong written and spoken English

Four years on US client calls at Convergys, including training and escalations, then remote work for US companies since. The 90-second video above is me, unscripted.

4

Technical and AI proficiency

I built and run two autonomous Facebook page agents, self-hosted n8n pipelines and a GoHighLevel deliverability playbook. I use Claude, ChatGPT, Codex and local LLMs every day. I deployed this site myself on Cloudflare.

5

Basic creative skills

AI images, voiceovers, short-form reels and landing page copy, produced and edited myself with ffmpeg and AI tools. I can also brief designers and editors clearly.

The proof

Results first.
Promises second.

As PPC Manager at AGM Agency I owned campaign strategy, execution and optimisation across client brands. These numbers come from accounts I ran.

How the work flows

Your four stages.
What I bring to each.

I mapped the role's own delivery stages to work I've already done.

STAGE 01

Set up.

Onboard new clients, set up assets and systems.

  • Wrote a GoHighLevel email deliverability onboarding playbook: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, sending subdomain and warm-up
  • Set up domains, DNS and hosting for landing pages on Cloudflare
  • Set up ad accounts and campaign structures for new agency brands
STAGE 02

Run.

Meta ads, creative team, web, SEO, automation and AI.

  • Ran day-to-day paid media at budgets of up to $150K a month
  • Ran Meta campaigns in Ads Manager for my own apparel brand
  • Build AI creative myself (images, voiceover, short video) and brief editors clearly
STAGE 03

Improve.

Act on requests and reviews. Spot issues early.

  • Cut ad cost from 15% to under 4% of sales through bid, keyword and structure changes
  • Five years as an SPC analyst: I watch the numbers and catch drift before it becomes a problem
  • Kill switches and approval gates built into my automations
STAGE 04

Report.

Clear internal reporting, flag progress and blockers.

  • Analysed campaign performance and reported results for agency clients
  • Google Sheets dashboards fed by automations
  • Team lead support at Convergys: escalations and clear updates
The stack

The stack
I already run.

Your six stack areas, and where I stand today on each.

Paid media buying.

Agency pro

Two and a half years managing agency ad accounts: budgets, bids, targeting, testing and ROAS. In Meta Ads Manager I've run campaigns for my own apparel brand. I'm ready for your training on the agency's Meta systems.

CRM + automations.

Built + running

GoHighLevel deliverability onboarding, plus self-hosted n8n workflows driven from Google Sheets that start on boot. I connect CRMs, sheets and APIs so client work doesn't depend on copy-paste.

AI + agentic workflows.

Built + running

I run two autonomous Facebook page agents that post 6 times a day each. I use Claude, ChatGPT, Codex and local LLMs daily, and check every output against a standard before it ships.

Websites + SEO.

Proven

Over two years of listing SEO and keyword research for Amazon brands. I build and deploy landing pages for local service businesses on custom domains with Cloudflare.

Client onboarding.

Proven

VA at iNeons coordinating schedules and projects, appointment setter for sales teams, and four years of US client calls at Convergys, including training and escalations.

Reporting + ops.

BS in Industrial Engineering and five years in statistical process control. I build SOPs, track every task, and keep the team informed on progress and blockers.

Fast to learn and execute

I went from no automation experience to two live AI agents, n8n pipelines and deployed sites in months, while working full-time.

Highly organised

I ran several brand accounts at once at AGM. My builds have SOPs, logs and written run-books.

Technically resourceful

DNS, APIs, GPU workloads, scheduling, video encoding: I dig in, find the root cause and document the fix so it stays fixed.

Accountable

Everything I automate has a kill switch, an approval gate or an AI disclosure label. I raise problems early.

Hungry to progress

I want one agency, real ownership and the path to senior management, and I'll put in the hours to earn it.

Portfolio

Things I've built
and shipped.

Real systems, running today. AI handles the repetitive work. I own the design, the checks and the results.

AI + agentic workflow

Autonomous Facebook page agents.

Two Facebook pages (American Ledger and Titulo ni Kabayan) run on agents I built. Every night they plan, write, design, voice and schedule a full day of content: 6 posts a day per page, published through the Facebook Graph API. Live since October 2026.

GoHighLevel workflows + pipelines

Google review system.

I deployed, configured and documented a 10-workflow review engine for a Florida cleaning company. It sends review requests when a job is done and runs a reactivation drip for past customers. It tracks link clicks, detects replies and hands the conversation to the owner. It also alerts on negative feedback, handles DND, and warns when request volume drops. Every contact moves through a dedicated Review Pipeline. I then rebuilt the full spec action by action, so the system can be redeployed into any sub-account.

I also backed up and inventoried a full GHL agency with 7 sub-accounts:

FAQ

Questions
you might have.

Straight answers about how I'd work with you.

Ready already? Message me →
What hours can you work?

Full-time, 50+ hours a week. I'm in the Philippines, 2–3 hours behind Sydney, so Australian business hours fit a normal working day for me. I'm happy to agree a fixed overlap with the team and join regular calls.

Where do you work from?

From home in Plaridel, Bulacan, Philippines. I've worked remotely for US companies for years.

Will you keep any freelance clients?

No. This would be my only job. No side clients and no freelance portfolio alongside it.

What's your Meta experience, exactly?

I've run Meta campaigns in Ads Manager for my own apparel brand: setup, audiences and creative tests. My agency-scale media buying, up to $150K a month, was on Amazon Ads. The skills carry over, and I'll learn your Meta systems quickly.

Do you know every platform in the stack?

Not every one at expert level. I'm strongest in paid media, GoHighLevel, n8n automations and AI workflows. For anything new, I learn fast and document as I go.

Where do the $3.6M results come from?

Amazon Ads accounts I managed as PPC Manager at AGM Agency between January 2024 and June 2026, including 10X Health and NaturalSlim. The full case study is linked in the proof section.

When can you start?

My last agency role ended in June 2026, so I can start as soon as you're ready.

How do I reach you?

WhatsApp on +63 932 588 6877 or email at ryantolentino1982@gmail.com. I reply the same day.
